I understand that skateboarding can be a hazardous activity. I understand that the use of trick tips from Estevan Skate may involve numerous risks of injury and death. Only attempt these when not: riding on adverse terrain, in bad weather conditions, on poorly maintained equipment, and when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
As consideration for the use of any information, tips, or advice from Estevan Skate by me or my minor children, I hereby release from any legal liability Estevan Skate, it's owner, and anyone else involved from any and all liability for damage and injury or death to myself, my minor children or any other person or property resulting the selection assembly, maintenance or use of such information, tips, or advice and any claim based upon negligence, contract or legal theory accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death which may result.
I have carefully read this Agreement and Release of Liability and fully understand its content.
